    Bought for my elderly mother who has very little sight and who’s hearing recently declined. Mum actually asked me to turn the volume down! I am really impressed with this phone, especially the talking buttons and the docking station makes charging the phone simply a case of putting it down. I’ve even managed to persuade mum to keep it turned on! The price of this was really competitive and the phone is a fairly compact size.

    This mobile is perfect for an old fart like me. I am 69 and never used a mobile before. I think they are generally intrusive and antisocial, in that using them negates actual human contact with those in your presence, whilst you rudely converse or text about inanities with someone not there at all. Anyway, I digress! As my health is deteriorating, I thought I better get a mobile, but I neither wanted nor understood all the gubbins on most models. This one is EXCELLENT! It was very easy to set up, even for a person who never had a mobile before. The phone makes and takes calls, texts, which I refuse to use on general principles (I am truly a grumpy old fart), and very little else. Perfect. The emergency contact button also gives me great peace of mind. I know if I do need assistance my friends will be notified and can help. It is truly the perfect mobile phone for the person with no interest or ability to use an all-singing all-dancing do everything but feed your cat and walk your dog style of mobile. If you or someone you love is getting frail and is a technophobe like me, this phone will be the perfect answer. I love it.

    This phone was purchased for a 54 year old with learning difficulties – the ease of use is excellent – we had to disable the
    panic button as it did just that!! However the product is perfect for people with low IQ or poor eyesight. The function of speaking numbers is more than useful.
    All in all an excellent product and more than ‘fit for purpose’
