My Mum in law loves this phone,I bought this phone because she is hard of hearing and when it rings a light flashes on the front(doesn’t always switch her hearing aid on) so if she can’t hear it she can see it.
Nice big buttons as well. All in all she thinks it’s great,so if she’s happy then so am I.

bought 2 of these phones for my 79 year old mum who has age related hearing loss and she was stuggling with ordinary phone handset. Our main criteria was something where you could turn the volume up and that DIDNT need a power point nearby as mum didnt have one in her hallway.

Looked at RNID website for product recommendations and this phone was one of them, and the price was reasonable as we needed 2, but have been a bit disappointed with the level you can turn the ear piece up on the phone, thought it would be better as it was recommended by RNID.

Phone is OK for money but a bit flimsy/cheap looking.

The memory thing is good and easy to set up.

Overall its OK, but if hearing loss is anything more than slight/low moderate, its probably not good enough.

A good basic phone with features for the hard of hearing. The volume controls for both your caller and the bell work well. The flashing light is also good as an alert. Comfortable handset. Excellent value for money.
