1. The screen is small and of low resolution.
2. The operating system is abysmal. In this case faulty, as the menu item to add new contacts to the directory (refereed to specificity in operating instructions) was missing! Thus rendering the phone unusable!
3. The operating instructions were very long, rambling and almost totally unreadable as the print was almost microscopic!
This ‘phone is defiantly not suitable for older people as it is impossibly difficult to use due to the poor screen and a terrible operating system. If you are thinking of buying a large button phone for an elderly person, please look elsewhere!
