A phone with a clear, high contrast display and large buttons.,
This phone was bought for an elderly, partially sighted relative who was having trouble with other specialist phones, after a 20 minute lesson from me they were more than happy. Making calls, sending texts and using the camera were learnt in minutes. The operating system is really simple and the clear display text poses no problems. When typing a number to call the phone reads out the numbers you’re pressing.
The SOS function with the button on the back is very helpful for that “Just in case” scenario.
I’ve now bought a second for an elderly family friend who was having trouble finding “…just a simple phone to call and text…” The large buttons and display were a bonus for them.
We have two very happy people with these phones!
