This item works but only away from other electrical items e.g. computer equipment. When I first tried it in my home office it rang continuously! I contacted Doro who told me to move it away from electrical interference and it worked! Only any good if you are able to do this though…
Several months later – got a new phone which doesn’t work with the Doro! Doro just rings continuously again! Hence reduced stars to one now. Avoid unless you have a really basic phone.

DOESN’T WORK ! – as other reviwers state same. Tec reply from Doroa suggested unwinding ALL the cable and keeping unit away from other electrics – omg, in this age what room has NO other electrics – GET REAL DORO, this item should come with a warning -” it may or may not work depending on your lifestyle -if you live in a room with no other powered products, then this is for you!” – dont waste your money (& no, it isnt faulty unit, as seller sent me another, both didnt work.
