   This is my second go at this phone; Amazon replaced the first one for me as it had never worked properly and I had great difficulty getting hold of the company, who are based in France. The instruction book is rather difficult to follow – indeed, it is quite complicated to access many of the functions – and I was obliged to contact the company again for advice. This time I emailed rather than phoned, and got much better service than before. However, I bought the phone because supposedly it is suitable for those with hearing problems, but the loudspeaker function and hearing aid compatibility are nothing to write home about really. I wouldn’t buy one again, let’s say. But it is good looking, the answering machine works well, it has a useful display and lots of functions (if you can get at them!)

   A good design with controls clearly marked and well laid out.
   Does the job well but volume could be a little louder.
   Week point is the rather grey LED display which could be clearer.

   I bought this for my Mum as she wears a hearing aid and could never hear the phone ring, she find this so much better now especially likes the boost button to make voice much louder.
