The phone is as described with large easy to use buttons and it works quite well, but it really falls down with it’s user manual. I have had a mobile phone for a number of years and feel that I know my way round them a little bit, this was purchased for an elderly relative and they would never have managed to work out how to use it, even a web address would be useful to download a manual. I think Digital Tec should urgently address this issue.

Bought this phone for my elderly Mother. Her sight is failing and so the large buttons are a great help. The phone is easy to use but setting it up was a bit of a mine field. The instructions are too scanty and considering the phone is designed for elderly people leave a lot to be desired. Setting it up was rather ‘hit and miss’. Having said that, once set up, the phone works well for my mother.

I purchased this for an elderly gentleman who was technically minded. After one use that was enough. Easy? No. menu for contacts gives you the option to edit a contact first then another option later to call.. WTF. Before I knew it all the numbers were corrupted by him trying to make simple calls for help from people like me, carers. THis device is simply designed by able bodied people with what seems to be very little experience in elderly/Senior Citizens.

IF YOU CARE FOR SOMEONE DONT CONFUSE THEM WITH THIS RUBBISH
